Marijo leads Bos Advisors and has 20 years of business experience working closely with senior executives across functions, industries and countries on talent management and inspiring top performance leadership. In her practice she emphasizes awareness of self, others and the organizational dynamics as fundamental to driving progress and success.
Marijo has delivered programs on 5 continents and in 17 different countries for international organizations. This has included a diverse range of programs from executive assessment and leadership development plans to delivering multi-day programs to 10 to 50 participants on the topics of driving high performance teams, executive communication strategy, serving as a trusted advisor, managing difficult conversations and conflict, paradox management and motivating teams across cultures.
She has also facilitated large group conversations around innovation, reinventing yourself as a leader, women at the top, decision making, value based management, leadership derailers, executives as coaches and organizational change. Her style is to involve the participants as highly active contributors to the topic at hand and provoke reflection and positive debate across the group.
Marijo has published a number of articles and contributed to books on the topics of Mentoring, Creating Networks and Do Men and Women Develop Differently as Leaders. In her business career, she served as a Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates leading the Global Entertainment and Media Practice, a SVP of a media based startup and a Partner with Oliver Wyman Leadership Practice before starting Bos Advisors. She is a VP, Board member of the EuropeanPWN and founder of this organization in Spain. She has worked in the USA, Asia and Europe.
